Are you into websites, communication and creating impact with words? Then you might be the new web content editor we are looking for to join our Brand team in Hellerup.
As our new web content editor at Implement you will join a dedicated marketing and branding team. More specifically, you will join a team with an experienced Web Manager to support an ongoing upgrade of our current website to a new CMS with an improved UX.
We are looking for a team player with a passion for websites, a bright head preferably with some prior experience of working in backends to help our community of 1,100+ consultants get their stories and services offerings online. Therefore, people skills and experience from large organisations are a plus.
In essence, we are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in writing and editing web copy and are able to translate complex concepts into engaging web content.
Secondly, we are looking for someone who:
At Implement, we believe that to make a difference to our colleagues and clients, we must put people before structure, always. Hence, we expect you to be empathic and have a sincere interest in people. You like building relations both at work and after hours and you are flexible and cooperative in your approach to work.
We practise flat hierarchies and co-creation – and so, we want you to be able to challenge us on our perspectives but also to be curious and willing to learn from experienced colleagues.
We strive to be the best place for the best people, and we invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people through training and social activities. From day one, you will have a personal leader and a buddy to support you on your journey as an aspiring Implementer – and as you invest your time and efforts in Implement, so do we in you. We have our own internal University, a bold learning framework customised to the individual needs of every employee to ensure relevant development opportunities throughout your entire career at Implement.
At Implement, you choose your own personal leader and work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. We offer a strong corporate culture characterised by high spirits and a strong sense of community with a network of helpful colleagues ready to offer their support.
Joining our Brand team, you will get to collaborate closely with colleagues from Creative Production, Graphics and Language on a day-to-day basis, supporting our community of 1,100+ consultants around the world in communicating their expertise to the market in the very best way possible.
To us, consulting is essentially about helping. And it is our ambition to help organisations become fit for the future, which we believe can only be done by helping them become truly fit for humans. This calls for the mindset that all change starts with people and for an uncompromising combination of deep functional and transformational expertise.
This demands that we work in agile entrepreneurial teams committed to creating impact and real transformation in close cooperation with our clients. This, in turn, positions us as a long-term transformation partner to our clients, enabling us to help with a broad range of business challenges.
Joining us, you will become part of an inspiring culture, a tribe of helpful colleagues and a fast-growing consultancy striving to redefine the management consulting industry from the inside. We seek fast change with great impact, and we love what we do. Quite on purpose, you will find few rules and guidelines at Implement because we aim to create the perfect playground for your talent to flourish. And we strongly believe that enjoying a great deal of autonomy to work in the ways that suit you, your teams and your projects the best will create exactly such a flourishing environment.
