Would you like to become a part of a leading Nordic management consultancy and help shape the businesses of tomorrow? At Implement, we are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join our fast-growing Business Performance team from September 2023.

We work closely with our clients on complex end-to-end transformation projects that allow us to deploy and leverage our cross-functional expertise within the domain of finance transformation, risk and data with impact.

What will you do?

As a graduate at Implement, you will get to work on projects alongside our experienced management consultants. Our projects come in many shapes and sizes, and so do the tasks that you will find yourself doing on a day-to-day basis, which is your opportunity to influence your work life and career path. Depending on your academic background, previous experience, and interests, you can expect to be involved in projects relating to one or more of the following subject areas:

Business and finance transformation

Leading end-to-end initiatives to transform business performance across functional areas and teams. We support our clients in transforming end-to-end operating models to improve customer experience and operating efficiency. Project themes typically include operating model and process optimisation, order-to- cash transformation, finance strategy, performance management and operational excellence in general.

Data enablement

Improving data quality for data-driven decision-making by setting clear roles and responsibilities, improving data lifecycle processes, establishing data standards and implementing continuous data quality monitoring. Our focus is on implementing solid data governance for key business data, which requires a change in mindset and behaviour. Typical project themes include master data strategy, process design, organisational implementation and quality management tailored to the client to deliver fast impact.

Risk and compliance

Developing a healthy culture of risk-based decision-making and optimal risk management. Supporting companies in driving successful regulatory implementations, including regulatory change management and implementation of new technology to support better and more efficient risk and compliance. Project themes typically include governance, ESG, integrated risk management and risk awareness.

Your profile

We are looking for ambitious and resourceful graduates to join our team and help us drive change with impact for our clients.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant master’s degree.
• Have experience within business, data or regulatory transformation or a have desire to help companies reach their transformation goals.
• Possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to express yourself fluently in both written and spoken English.
• Are curious, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Are self-driven and can work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and tasks and without direct supervision.
