Do you dream of a career in management consulting, and are you pursuing your master’s degree with planned graduation in 2023 or 2024? Then have a look at our junior consultant programme – our primary recruitment pipeline for graduates – as we are looking for students who want to pursue a career in management consulting to join our team in Oslo.
Implement is a management consultancy with Scandinavian roots, engaging in creating sustainable change and transformation. We are a bunch of curious nerds, working in a vast range of industries, sectors and disciplines, united by a huge belief in the power of collaboration, a love of solving problems and a dedication to creating impact for our customers. We are committed to transforming organisations and their people, leaving them in a truly better place – more changeable, more engaged and better equipped for creating a better future.
As a junior consultant, you will get the chance to work together with experienced colleagues in real projects, interact with customers and take responsibility for deliverables – just like a graduate consultant would. The only difference is that you do it part-time during your studies. Once you are done with your studies, our ambition is to offer you a full-time position.
Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets and can include e.g. private equity, technology, media and telecom, FMCG and retail and transportation and logistics.
Our junior consultant programme is a possibility for you as a student to engage in management consulting during your studies by working part-time. We expect you to be able to work a minimum of eight hours per week. However, we also understand that you must tend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.
As a person, you love diversity and are both analytical and empathic. You are keen on creating results and believe in an appreciative approach in the implementation of change. You can be normative but at the same time you are aware that nothing is black and white.
We are looking for ambitious students with an edge who can challenge us, who thrive on acting autonomously and have an independent point of view – but who also want to learn from experienced consultants.
You will participate in our internal training programme specifically designed for our junior consultants, helping you to build the competences supporting you in your consulting career.
We work with a high degree of autonomy with responsibility, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results. If you perform well in your time as a junior consultant and would like to continue the journey, there will be a possibility to be offered a full-time position as a consultant after having completed your studies.
We offer a unique culture, helpful colleagues and a company striving to redefine the management consulting industry from the inside: faster change with greater impact while loving what we do.
The application deadline is as soon as possible.
We look forward to hearing from you!
