Would you like to become a part of one of the leading top-tier strategy consultancies in the Nordics? In Implement Strategy, which is a part of Implement Consulting Group, we are looking for the very brightest consultants to join our international strategy and M&A team of 75 consultants.

Our growing Strategy team is currently experiencing an increased inflow of exciting projects, mainly in the strategy design, M&A and private equity pre-/post-deal areas. We are therefore looking for experienced colleagues who want to help our clients to design and implement winning strategies, and who are enthusiastic about going beyond “just” making recommendations.

About the role
As a senior consultant or engagement manager, you will be leading various project teams in order to help high-profile organizations to resolve their most difficult strategic challenges.

When working on these projects, you may be expected to:

• Design and lead strategy processes at corporate, business unit and functional levels, focusing on strategic problem-solving processes and M&A-related tasks
• Act as the project manager and team leader for strategy projects or individual workstreams
• Analyse complex challenges and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, using your strategy toolbox to generate insights and test out solutions
• Design, devise and test innovative strategic solutions and communicate results and recommendations convincingly in a highly structured way
• Lead and facilitate change processes, interactions and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders within global organisations
• Be open-minded and prepared for a steep learning curve, and to apply new approaches to working on strategy and M&A
• Participate in the development of a truly unique top-tier strategy brand and team, including internal and client development

Desired qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in either management consulting, corporate finance or private equity (prerequisite)
• A background in strategy consulting, ideally combined with industry experience
• Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking
• Solid project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement
• Relevant university degrees (business and finance, economics and/or engineering) and an excellent academic record
