Job opportunity — Malmö

Is it your dream to help clients transform to sustainability?

Junior consultants to join our Energy and Climate team in Malmö

Our Energy and Climate team is growing, our clients are moving fast and the challenges of helping organisations in their climate and sustainability efforts are increasingly more about doing than saying.

Therefore, we are looking for bright students to join our team in Malmo to help us make a difference in helping organisations transform and build a more sustainable future.

Job content – change with impact

Joining us in Malmo as a junior consultant in our Energy and Climate team, you will work part-time with us, alongside your studies. Your role and job content will be centred around external projects with high client engagement, including support for proposals and internal projects and assignments. Your responsibilities will range from analytical work to preparation and execution of workshops as well as independently driving individual workstreams.

In this position, you will try out the role of management consultant and explore a vast array of projects in the field of energy and climate. You will take part in projects that help organisations develop strategies and solutions that tackle the multiple dimensions of sustainability.

The workload is approximately 15-25 hours per week. However, we encourage our students to attend and prioritise their studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied with exams.

We are looking for students who:

  • Are pursuing a degree in business, economics, engineering or similar, with a strong academic record
  • Have sharp analytical skills combined with an empathetic, entrepreneurial and curious mind
  • Have a strong passion for sustainability and want to contribute to building a sustainable future
  • Are interested in taking part in changing the management consulting industry from the inside
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English

We are looking for strategic thinkers, nerds and activists – and we are truly fascinated by passion. Whether you are a brainstorming champion, can make a valuation on the back of a napkin, know your business model canvas in your sleep, can build rock-solid Excel models and killer presentations or just have an innate and deep curiosity that will take you to a new level, we would love to hear from you.

What do we offer?

You will be part of a mixed team of colleagues of different ages, levels of experience, areas of expertise, nationalities and genders. We encourage diversity and thrive on it.

At Implement, we value professional and personal development highly and offer great development opportunities. You will be involved in client projects and learn through practice and by working closely with experienced consultants. You will also receive coaching from mentors and colleagues and participate in our internal training programmes.

By joining our team, we will be mutually responsible for taking you, our clients and our services to the next level. There may also be a possibility for permanent employment as a full-time consultant after you complete your studies.
