Job opportunity — Hellerup

Want to help clients rewire the core of their business and tap into the digital age?

Experienced management consultants in the fields of IT sourcing and selection

Are you the curious, collaborative type? And do you have deep functional expertise in all aspects related to cloud strategy, sourcing strategy, IT cost assessment, benchmarking, vendor selection, contract negotiation, vendor and contract management? If your answer is yes to some or all of the above, we would love to meet you.

We are experiencing an uptake in advisory projects related to technology selection and are looking for great people to join us on our journey. It is a growth journey that started more than 25 years ago with a dream of helping people and organisations tackle their most worthwhile problems. A dream of turning plans and ambitions into reality by bringing mastery and deep functional expertise into play in a way that creates real engagement and impact and transforms organisations.

Come join us
We may be looking for you to help us on our journey. A co-creating natural who can collaborate across functional expertise areas, build partnerships with clients and experiment with the boundaries between classic consulting and design or crafting as you help clients in their corporate transformations.

How can you help clients rewire the core of their business and tap into the digital age?

Digital business transformation is not a matter of if but when. The right IT infrastructure can optimise operations, improve productivity and accelerate growth – but the wrong one can slow down even the savviest organisation.

Working with digitalisation and IT, you will help clients apply next-generation technologies such as robotics and AI. As technologies are redefining what is possible, an important task for you will be to help businesses integrate the digital aspect into their strategic road map.

We are looking for people with

  • A background in consulting, ideally combined with industry experience.
  • Experience in areas like cloud strategy, sourcing strategy, IT cost assessment, benchmarking, vendor selection, contract negotiation, vendor and contract management.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement.
  • At least one relevant master’s degree with top-of-class achievements.
  • The ability to speak and write fluent English.

At Implement, you will enjoy

  • Your own work-life balance.
  • A high degree of freedom and autonomy.
  • An inspiring culture and colleagues.
  • Excellent development opportunities.

At Implement, you will find few rules and guidelines and that is on purpose. We aim to create the perfect playground for talent to flourish – and our colleagues enjoy a great deal of autonomy to work in the ways that best suit them, their teams and their projects.

With project activity all over the world, you will get 1,200+ colleagues who make up teams based in our offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Malmo, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Munich, Hamburg, Zurich and Raleigh, US.
