Job content – roles and responsibilities


The job is two-fold:

Brand Development and Marketing (80%)

We are rapidly expanding our presence in Switzerland and are looking for an ambitious Marketing Enthusiast to support our journey by driving regional brand development and marketing campaigns together with local consultants and partners and fellow marketeers in our other European offices. You will spend most of your time on this part of the role and will have a dotted line into the Head of Brand Development and Marketing for Switzerland. For this part of the role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Implement’s market position and brand in Switzerland as well as generating and nurturing leads in selected target segments and companies.
  • Supporting the continuous development of a local marketing strategy and the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans.
  • Taking the lead in designing, developing, executing and project managing compelling and unique end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Driving the organisation and production of physical and virtual events, including the technical setup and execution of webinars.
  • Managing the CRM system, including data maintenance and campaign execution.
  • Supporting in the creation and proofing of content and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Supporting in the development of the marketing function and executing on initiatives.

Events and Support Office (20%)

You will be a valued member of Implement’s Core function and formally report to our Head of Financial Accounting and the Core function in Switzerland. Our Core function is a team of passionate and driven personalities who form the backbone of our business through their expertise in the fields of finance, accounting, human resources, marketing and other activities.

While we do not expect expertise beyond the fields of branding and marketing, we do expect that you embrace our start-up mentality, are not afraid to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to ensure that our office is running smoothly by creating a great experience for visitors and colleagues. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Organising internal and external events (i.e. the logistics behind the participation of the Zurich office in global events, local team building events, Friday meeting catering etc.).
  • Executing the service routines of the support office (e.g. printing plots, binding reports, receiving packages from couriers, taking care of clients or emptying the dish washer.

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Is driven, energetic and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Is creative and bubbling with ideas.
  • Is not afraid to get their hands dirty and take end-to-end responsibility.
  • Is keen on and curious about marketing and branding.
  • Is fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Gets energy from people and has high emotional intelligence.
  • Has project management skills, creative finesse and technical confidence.
  • Has a formal education in marketing, branding, communication or a related field.
  • Has at least two years of experience from a similar role or from working in an agency.
