The role will be tailor-made according to the candidate’s qualifications and passions. You must have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and expertise in one of our practice areas combined with a desire to help organisations truly change.

Typical assignments include (but are not limited to):

• Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
• Preparing and performing presentations and engaging workshops
• Advanced analyses and business case development
• Creating strategic communication materials
• Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets and can include everything from manufacturing companies, retail or service companies to governmental organisations and municipalities.


We are looking for people who:

• Are about to graduate with a master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, strategic management, finance, business and innovation management or similar with excellent academic results
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have the ability to maintain a holistic view and at the same time get nerdy in a specific topic
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (additionally, a Nordic language is preferred, but not a requirement)
• Love working with people and have the ability as well as the desire to facilitate dialogues and train others
• Appreciate a flat organisation
