Business intelligence analyst for people and performance

We are currently looking for a talented business intelligence analyst to develop and analyse data on our most valuable asset – our people. As an analyst in the Business Analytics team, you will get the opportunity to work on strategic projects relating to people and performance.

Joining Implement, you will have a lot of influence on what your job will consist of depending on your competences and interests. However, you must be eager to develop your expertise in the data that tells the story of our people and their performance.

What will you be doing?

The job will have a lot of aspects, but it will as a minimum include the following:

  • Identifying relevant existing and new data sources
  • Building data models and tools used by the whole organisation
  • Translating complex data into engaging reports that tell the right story
  • Working with different stakeholders to form a strategy based on data

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate who has a master’s degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of full-time working experience.

Your analytical and communication skills are outstanding, and you can work independently on projects. Furthermore, you have the ability to maintain a holistic view while also being able to zoom in on the finer details.

It is a requirement that you have:

  • Experience with data modelling and transformation
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI
  • Experience with data visualisation and communication
  • Experience with project and stakeholder management
  • The ability to work independently on a large project, taking on different roles at the same time
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

We would prefer if you have:

  • Experience with coding in MDX and/or DAX
  • Experience working with people and recruitment data

It would be cool if you have:

  • Experience working with people performance and churn data
  • Experience with recruitment processes
  • Experience working with unstructured data
