Want a student job out of the ordinary?

Junior consultants in supply chain, business strategy or leadership

Are you pursuing a master’s degree with planned graduation in 2022 or 2023, and do you want a career in management consulting? The junior consultant programme is our primary recruitment pipeline for graduates, and we are looking for students who want to pursue a career in management consulting to join our team.

We are a Scandinavian-based consultancy engaged in creating sustainable change and transformation. We help leading organisations to succeed with their most critical change initiatives by unlocking both human and business potential – in that order. We are committed to leaving organisations and their people in a truly better place – more changeable, more engaged and better equipped for creating a better future.

Job content – Change with Impact

The junior consultant programme is a possibility for students to engage in management consulting during their studies by working part-time. The workload will be approximately 20 hours per week. However, we also understand that you must tend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

Typical assignments include (but are not limited to)

  • Working together with our teams on client projects
  • Preparing and performing presentations and engaging workshops
  • Advanced analyses and business case development
  • Developing data and simulation models
  • Creating strategic communication material
  • Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets, and clients can include everything from manufacturing companies and service companies to governmental organisations and municipalities.

We are looking for people who

  • Are studying in the field of economics/finance/business administration or are pursuing an MSc in Engineering with excellent academic results
  • Are in their final year of the bachelor’s programme or in their first year of the master’s programme and expect to graduate with a master’s degree in 2022 or 2023
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and at least one Scandinavian language

You have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and expertise within supply chain, business strategy or leadership. You love working with people and have the ability, as well as the desire, to facilitate dialogues and train others. You are keen on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in the implementation of change. You thrive on acting autonomously and have an independent point of view. You have an edge and can challenge us, but you also want to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will quickly be involved in client projects, and you will work closely with experienced consultants who will help you in taking your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level.

You will participate in our internal training programme specifically designed for our junior consultants, helping you to build the competence supporting you in your consulting career.

We work with a high degree of autonomy with responsibility, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results.

If you perform well in your time as a junior consultant and would like to continue the journey, there will be a possibility to be offered a full-time position as a consultant after having completed your studies.
