Junior consultants to join our fast-growing Business Performance team

We are looking for ambitious students to join our fast-growing Business Performance practice and become a part of a leading Nordic management consultancy shaping the businesses of tomorrow.

Who are we?

Business Performance is a team of more than 30 Implement consultants with a passion for business transformation and an unwavering commitment to creating change with impact.

We work closely with our clients on complex end-to-end transformation projects that allow us to deploy and leverage our cross-functional expertise in the domains of finance transformation, risk and data with impact.

What will you do?

As a junior consultant at Implement, you will get to work on projects alongside our experienced management consultants. Our projects come in many shapes and sizes and so do the tasks that you will find yourself doing on a day-to-day basis, which is your opportunity to influence your work life and career path. Depending on your academic background and your interests, you can expect to be involved in projects relating to one or more of the following subject areas:

Business transformation
Leading end-to-end initiatives to transform business performance across functional areas and teams. We support our clients in transforming end-to-end operating models to improve customer experience and operating efficiency. Project themes typically include operating model and process optimisation, order-to-cash transformation and operational excellence.

Finance operations
Transforming future finance organisations through finance transformation and business partnering. Project themes typically include finance strategy, dynamic planning and performance management.

Digital transformation
Driving business impact through master data management, data strategy and governance. Supporting companies in developing and executing digital and IT strategies. Project themes typically include digital and IT strategy, core system strategy and selection, IT operating models and sourcing and IT implementation as well as data governance and master data management.

Risk and compliance
Developing a healthy culture of risk-based decision-making and optimal risk management. Supporting companies in driving successful regulatory implementations, including regulatory change management and implementation of new technology to support better and more efficient risk and compliance. Project themes typically include governance, ESG, integrated risk management and risk awareness.

You should expect a workload of approximately 20-25 hours per week with mutual flexibility during exam periods and project deadlines.

Your profile

We are looking for ambitious and resourceful students to join our team and help us drive change with impact for our clients, e.g. someone who:

• Is pursuing a relevant degree with 2-3 years remaining
• Has a strong academic record and preferably experience from a previous student position
• Possesses a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to express themself fluently in written and spoken English
• Is curious and eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Is self-driven and can work independently and without direct supervision and takes ownership of responsibilities and tasks
