Help us start our fast-growing journey in the U.S.
Hi 🖐

We’re Implement Consulting Group, a Scandinavian-rooted and European-based consultancy started in Copenhagen 25 years ago. With offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, and Germany, we’re now ready for a new start-up adventure in Raleigh, NC, from where we’ll start building our U.S. presence.

Implement is built on the (maybe rather peculiar) idea that to make a difference to our colleagues and clients, we must put people before structure, always. And we continuously strive to be an alternative to the classic consulting industry.

We practice flat hierarchies and co-creation. And we strongly believe that combining autonomy with a drive to collaborate and a feeling of belonging to something bigger than ourselves creates exactly that environment of trust and engagement that is necessary for entrepreneurial cross-functional teams to thrive and create long-lasting success.

So, do you want to join a 25-year-old start-up and help us define our future as a consultancy in the States?

Come join us
We’re looking for relationship builders and co-creators to help us start our U.S. growth journey. More specifically, we’re looking for colleagues that are experienced in operations strategy and supply chain management.

As an ideal companion to Implement, you get energy from collaborating across teams, functions, and locations to catalyze transformation in organizations. You’re a proactive problem-solver, comfortable navigating complex client cases, and simply a standout colleague who loves to contribute to the positive energy of your teams.

You’ll become a part of our first U.S. office, but you’ll not stand alone. You’ll be backed by a global network of Implementers working together across borders in agile teams. Working on projects, we generally like to be close to our clients working side by side with them solving the project, so you should expect that a considerable part of your working hours will be spent at the clients’.

Experienced consultants in strategic business operations and supply chain
As our new colleague, you bring comprehensive knowledge of operations strategy and supply chains. You have a passion for transforming processes and applying new technologies when you work in the front line of strategic projects assisting our clients in strategic and global challenges in operations and supply chain management.

At Implement, we see operations management as a core discipline that supports a wide range of client initiatives. We look beyond the traditional scope to support global clients in improving and transforming their supply chain and operations. By focusing on technology, digitalization, and sustainability as enablers, we help ensure that our clients’ businesses become fit for humans and fit for the future.

Joining the team, you’ll get to play a key role in the design and implementation of new solutions, including strategizing supply chain setups as well as scoping and supporting implementation in close collaboration with colleagues and client teams.

Depending on the candidate, the job content will include:

  • Analyzing supply chain networks and processes in a data-driven way and defining new concepts for optimizing the supply chain
  • Taking part in implementing defined concepts in forecasting and supply and demand planning, sales and operations planning, inventory optimization, Lean warehousing, segmentation, etc.
  • Turning business requirements into IT SAP supply chain implementation projects
  • Training stakeholders and facilitating workshops as part of improvement projects
  • Establishing and driving improvement projects in net working capital optimization, stock reduction, service level improvements, etc.

Are you the person we are looking for?
Generally, you’re an empathic person and an outstanding colleague who can work collaboratively and autonomously, sometimes under ambiguous conditions. You appreciate working with ambitious people, and you’re flexible, because so are we, when it comes to how, when, and where you work.

Also, we are looking for people who:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience from management consulting, ideally combined with relevant industry experience
  • Hold a relevant academic degree with an excellent record
  • Have proven project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement
  • Have strong analytical skills and professional experience in problem-solving and operations management
  • Are passionate about supply chain management and not afraid to work at the intersection of business and IT
  • Have a valid U.S. working visa/permit
