Management consultants with profound experience from other consultancies or from selling and managing large-scale projects

We are experiencing a highly increased intake of exciting projects; therefore, we are currently looking for highly competent consultants with profound experience from other consultancies or from selling and managing large-scale projects.

Developing business through people


The content of the job will be specified according to the right candidate but includes:

  • Transforming organisations, e.g. designing operating models, organisational design and post-merger integrations.
  • Developing HR strategies and driving transformations with a people-centred approach.
  • Optimising HR processes and functions, creating an exceptional employee experience.
  • Developing and optimising HR technology and data insights to support organisations of the future.
  • Driving HR digitisation through HR technology strategy and implementation.
  • Driving projects and project teams in close collaboration with clients.
  • Actively working with clients and your network to inspire and create new projects.
  • Taking part in developing the team and your area of expertise.

Our projects are wide-ranging and typically include transforming organisations and HR processes, applying leading change management capabilities to establish organisational excellence and performance.

We are looking for people who

 

  • Hold at least one relevant master’s degree.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience from another consultancy. If you have more experience than this, we would also like to hear from you as we are looking for the right people with different levels of seniority.
  • Have solid experience from one of the following fields: change management, HR technology, people analytics, HR transformation, organisational design and/or capability building.
  • Have a strong network and thrive on establishing a close collaboration with clients at all organisational levels.
  • Are capable of scoping and selling large projects.
  • Have the ability and desire to facilitate and train.

You are focused on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative and collaborative approach in the execution of development and change. You can be normative but also know that nothing is black and white. You love getting actively involved and is able to combine your knowledge and analytical skills with empathy.
