An introduction to Implement’s Tech Due Diligence and Tech Vendor Due Diligence approach.
IT Programme Directors’ Forum
The IT-enabled Programme Directors’ Forum is a network designed especially for programme directors working with complex IT-enabled transformation programmes.
We are attempting to put focus on the know-how, skills and best practice involved in managing large-scale IT transformation programmes. Therefore, we have established a forum where we can discuss challenges with peers and share best practice examples within specific areas. We invite you to participate in 3-4 events every year in the form of meetings, conferences etc.
Here you will have the opportunity to get inspired by presentations on various subjects, work with relevant issues and discuss best practice. You will meet peers from other companies with the same challenges as your own, and you will have the opportunity to share your experience with them and learn from successes and challenges from other complex IT transformation programmes.
We expect that participants will improve their capabilities in delivering complex IT programmes with the expected benefits on time and on budget.
At implement, we focus on helping our customers succeed in realising transformational IT implementation on time, on budget and with the desired impact with a balanced and accepted risk profile. Participants in the Programme Directors’ Forum are encouraged to suggest and contribute with topics and presentations at the events.
The target group consists of programme sponsors, programme managers and executives responsible for benefit realisation of large IT transformation programmes with high complexity. Participation in the forum is non-binding and free of charge.
For participation in the Copenhagen forum, please contact Thomas Gottschalck, and for participation in the Aarhus forum, please contact Lars Gormsen.
