Internal co-ordinator for our client-related training programmes

A part of Implement is the Implement Learning Institute. The Institute conducts our client-related training programmes such as courses in project management, facilitation, leadership etc. We are looking for a new colleague to join as internal co-ordinator for Implement Learning Institute, working full-time helping to co-ordinate our learning programmes and create high-quality learning for our clients.

You will be working in the co-ordination team, where we are all experts in administering learning programmes. On an everyday basis, we work closely with both our internal consultants, who conduct all of our courses, and external clients from all business areas and markets, who attend the courses. We help with setting up training programmes, enrolment of participants, booking of trainers, marketing of programmes and lots of other exciting tasks.

What the job is all about

We are looking for a new colleague who enjoys working with people, administration, project management, marketing and the execution of daily operations and ad hoc assignments.

The job content varies, but includes:
  • Taking part in the creation and implementation of training programmes
  • Handling training schedules and enrolments
  • Acting as a point of contact for course participants
  • Managing course certificates and distribution processes
  • Submitting reports on training activities and financial results
  • Setting up online marketing campaigns
  • Helping with updates on our webpage
  • Handling various administrative tasks

You will be working approximately 37 hours per week. The position is temporary for one year with the possibility of permanent employment.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Is interested in the cross field of learning and business and wants to work in a high-paced, energetic and exciting environment
  • Has strong people skills, is empathic, service-minded and has a great sense of humour
  • Has strong written and oral communication skills, meaning efficient, clear and concise – both in Danish and English
  • Is interested in online marketing and preferably also has experience with IT
  • Can demonstrate promptness, dependability and attention to detail
  • Can work independently and at the same time be a strong team player
  • Can maintain multiple priorities, meet deadlines and has strong logistical skills
  • Is flexible, can adjust to changing conditions and can work with minimal supervision

We offer a position in a fast-growing consultancy house, where you will be responsible for supporting various learning programmes. You will become part of a small but fun and competent team of three full-time employees and one student assistant, who are all dedicated to deliver high impact and service.
