Improve profit-driven decision-making

- across your E2E supply chain

Date

3 December

Are you ready to be inspired by integrated business planning topics that can take your business to the next level? Do you want to learn from the experience of companies that have already started their journey?

Implement Consulting Group and SAP invite you to an inspiring day focusing on the various aspects of integrated business planning (IBP), binding together Operations, Sales and Finance. You will hear from companies who have already started the journey supported by SAP IBP.

A day of practical cases and real-life examples

During the day, you will be inspired by practical cases and real-life examples on how to monetise your sales and operations plan using profit and loss statements to form a truly integrated business plan, on the way to improve your sales operating model for driving strong and credible sales pipeline growth, and on the journey towards the truly integrated supply chain, including the steps it takes to get there. You will be able to listen to deep subject matter knowledge and experience hands-on examples within end-to-end planning in IBP, demand-driven material requirements planning (DDMRP) as well as financial and profit simulation in SAP IBP.

Join us for an intensive and collaborative day with a mix of keynote presentations and café sessions where we will all learn more about the newest best practice within IBP and the innovative value-creating capabilities of SAP IBP.

Integrated business planning

IBP can improve decision-making power by linking Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Operations together and have them speak the same language and have clearly defined roles and responsibilities. This means enabling your entire company to drive decisions towards profit maximisation and company strategy.

More and more companies have started this journey to enhance their supply chain planning processes supported by the latest and newest technologies.
