How to map and move culture in organisations

This is part two in a series on working with culture in organisations. You can read about part one here. For this event, we will look into what you actually need to do to move culture once it has been mapped.

Culture has been at the centre of attention for organisations for centuries. Whether it is how we organise, how we decorate the workspace or how leaders lead, literature will tell you it is about culture. But culture is also “airy”. It is everywhere and nowhere. Like an unremarkable scent, the organisational culture can be difficult to understand and to ultimately move.

Can we be decisive on what to do to move culture?

In part one of the series, we looked into how you can map out the existing culture and by that also uncover the behavioural aspects of what makes the culture visible.

So is it really possible to be normative and steady-handed when we start the cultural movement? We believe so – to a certain point. The key is to be as steadfast in the process as possible while applying an open mind to the uncovered hot spots of culture from the mapping.

Spend the morning in the name of culture

If culture is your trait or interest, then join us for this session where we share our learnings, thoughts and methodology applied to move organisational culture as well as a number of concrete examples. All you need to do is to bring your good mood and whatever makes your morning great.
