We are looking for an ambitious Head of Reporting and Controlling for our professional finance team at Implement Consulting Group

We are experiencing rapid growth, which leads to a lot of exciting tasks for our Reporting and Controlling team. Therefore, we are looking for a leader who can help prepare our team for the future of business partnering in close collaboration with the Finance Director, who will be your daily leader

Our finance team is based in Hellerup, where we are 13 highly engaged colleagues who are very enthusiastic about what we do. We thrive in a fast-paced environment that is characterised by energy and engagement. We are looking for a person with a similar mindset to join our team as soon as possible.

You will be part of the Reporting and Controlling team, where you will be the personal leader of three skilled employees. Your main responsibilities will include assisting our approximately 800 colleagues based in five countries in reporting, ad hoc analysis, budgeting and expense controlling, including management of the expense system as well as troubleshooting. The subject matter areas cover a wide span, making the job both challenging and interesting.

Job content – Change with Impact

The job content varies but can be split into three areas:

Controlling
  • Continuous development of procedures and standards for the controlling function
  • Accounting, cost and expense controlling
  • Project cost accounting
  • Operations and profitability analysis
  • Identification of process improvement and cost cutting initiatives
Financial reporting
  • Monthly group reporting
  • Budget and forecast processes
  • Cost reporting
  • Optimisation of the financial reporting process
KPIs
  • Maintain and improve the group KPI reporting system and have a keen eye for what runs the business

We are looking for people who

  • Hold at least one relevant finance degree such as an HD (R), MSc in Economics and Business Administration etc.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience from a similar role or as senior controller.
  • Are Excel superusers and have a flair for learning new IT systems. Knowledge of Maconomy and/or Acubiz is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Have a digital mindset in respect of process improvement and optimisation.
  • Have the ability to establish a good co-operation with colleagues at all organisational levels.
