Are you our new graphics and visual communications expert?

We are looking to further strengthen our local Back Office team in Stockholm with a graphically-minded and creative visual communications expert. Our Stockholm office is rapidly expanding its business and consists today of approx. 60 consultants, leading to a lot of exciting tasks for our support functions.

We play a key role in supporting our client-facing consultant teams – who work in fields as dynamic and diverse as business and organisational transformation, IT, strategy, supply chain optimisation and leadership development, in the public and private sectors in five countries. And we love what we do. The job itself

On a day-to-day level, you can expect to be called on to support our commercial processes and continued business growth by designing presentations, proposals and other visual materials for our consultants. Ideally, you are just as comfortable working in the MS Office package as you are in Adobe Creative Suite. As we constantly aim to provide the best service for our consultants, you may also be called on to carry out daily administrative and support tasks.

The job content varies but includes:
  • Design and layout of material in PowerPoint and Word
  • Helping our consultants shine and proactively pitching in with administrative support
  • Preparing client materials for sales and marketing activities
  • Co-ordinating with our Graphics team in Copenhagen
If you are that special someone, then you are:
  • a PowerPoint mastermind with a keen eye for graphic design
  • equally comfortable conversing and writing in Swedish and in English
  • solution-oriented, service-minded, used to working to tight deadlines and able to work independently
  • able to apply a creative mindset to solving big and small tasks
  • a superuser of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) or eager to learn

Experience with bid management is an advantage, but not a requirement. What is most important is that you have a keen eye for graphic design, rigorous attention to detail and assume responsibility for and ownership of the end product.
