Dreaming of a career in management consulting?

Graduate management consultants in supply chain strategy, business strategy, innovation, process improvement and operations management

Do you want a career in management consulting? We are looking for talented graduates who will finish their education in the summer of 2019 to join our team in Stockholm as of August and September 2019.

We are a Scandinavian-based consultancy engaged in creating sustainable change and transformation. We help leading organisations succeed with their most critical change initiatives by unlocking both human and business potential – in that particular order. We’re committed to leaving organisations and their people in a truly better place – more changeable, more engaged and better equipped for creating a better future.

Job content – Change with Impact

The role will be tailored according to the right candidate’s competencies, goals and career dreams. You must have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and expertise in either business strategy, innovation,  supply chain strategy, process improvement or operations management combined with a desire to help organisations truly change their behaviour.

Typical assignments include (but are not limited to):
  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Preparing and performing presentations and engaging workshops
  • Advanced analyses and business case development
  • Creating strategic communication materials
  • Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

Our projects span a wide range of industries and markets and can include everything from manufacturing companies and service companies to governmental organisations and municipalities.

We are looking for people who
  • Are about to graduate with a master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, strategic management, business and innovation management or similar with excellent academic results
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have the ability to maintain a holistic view and at the same time be nerdy about a specific topic
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Love working with people and have the ability as well as the desire to facilitate dialogues and train others
  • Want to become part of the management consulting industry
  • Appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will quickly be involved in client projects, and you will work closely with experienced consultants who will help you in taking your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level.

We have an internal training programme for all our employees, as we highly value your professional and personal development. We work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results. We strive to redefine the management consulting industry from the inside: faster change with greater impact, while loving what we do.
