Looking at the arena of environmental sustainability, what are the risks and opportunities for your company? Do you simply aim to be compliant, or are you curious to make a leap for the future?

Implement in Aarhus would like to invite you as part of top management in your company to a small exclusive series of after-work meetings.

At the meetings, you will get the chance to meet peers from across industries to discuss, learn and explore together.

Some essential questions that you might be facing:

1. WHEN will the environmental sustainability agenda be so impactful in your industry that you need to act?
2. WHO will drive the changes in the value chain that you are part of? Is it you, the customers, the legislations? What is your role to play?
3. WHAT are the new possibilities for your company from environmental sustainability? How do you become fit for the future exploring new business models, competences and markets deriving from this?

We will introduce you to important aspects of the environmental sustainability transformation, provide you with key knowledge about what is happening in the area right now that requires attention and provide you with inspiration for how to leap into a future-fit business.

We aspire to give you insights and perspectives that will help you embrace the agenda and be proactive and bold in how you drive a sustainability agenda in your company – and across your value chain.

We invite you for a series of three after-work meetings that will build on each other and make you ready to act. From each meeting, you will take home some core questions to investigate in your own organisation so that you become wiser as we move along, also in your own specific context.

Furthermore, we aim to facilitate explorative and fruitful conversations between peers so that you may inspire and learn from each other as well.

We recommend that you participate in all three sessions, but you can also join one or two if that suits you better.

Additionally, we would like to offer three of the participants, participating in all three sessions, an Ecovadis Pre-Sustainability Assessment from one of our certified colleagues, coming to you and helping you figure out how to start or accelerate your environmental sustainability efforts.
