Releasing business potential through people

Boost your business performance through people performance management

Date (CET)

8 March

Are you curious to learn about opposing views on performance management? Are you challenged finding the right approach on how to tie business strategy into desired behaviours? Then join us with Clever and Novartis as we dive deeper into exploring perspectives on your people as a main source for realising strategic execution.

Are you curious to learn more about how to integrate people performance with business strategy? And would you like to be inspired on how to design your organisation’s approach to people performance?
Maybe you work with strategic execution, people and organisation, or maybe you are a leader enabling your team members to perform their best?

If you are curious to learn more about various approaches to performance management, then join us for a morning session with insightful views and discussions on how to release the people potential in your organisation.

At the event, you will be inspired on ways to navigate people management when we discuss the following topics:

  1. Cascading strategy to desired behaviour in your organisation
  2. Performance management as conversations

No one-size-fits-all – not in people performance either

Join us for an insightful and engaging morning session and take part in the dialogue on: Cascading strategy to desired behaviour and Performance management as conversations.

There is no one-size-fits-all, and in Implement, we believe that the right model for people performance should be based on the individual organisational context, the culture and the values on which an organisation is built. And so, we have joined forces with Novartis and Clever sharing two different and inspiring approaches to performance management that have impacted the performance of their organisations.

Get inspired by

Peter Drøidal, Country Manager Denmark & Nordic Head Market Access at Novartis

The global life science company Novartis completely rethought its performance management model based on a solid pool of data collected throughout two years. Novartis has given the individual the responsibility to ask for feedback, removed ratings and created an impact pool for significant contributors. At the event, Country Manager Peter Drøidal and Kristine Graversen Head of People & Organization Denmark/Norway will share insights into how Novartis has collaborated with employees to create new performance objectives and implemented the new initiatives and the lessons learnt in that process.

Lykke Jeppesen People Development Lead at Clever

The Nordic market leader in EV charging solutions Clever has built an organisation with no leaders, creating an organisation of co-leading employees to release the human potential by providing purpose-driven team autonomy to enable the organisation’s growth ambitions. At the event, People Development Lead Lykke Jeppesen will share how this approach improves Clever’s performance and share her view on how the model would work in any organisation. Clever has grown from 50 to 250 employees within just two years and the only remaining leader is the CEO.

We hope that our morning session will leave you inspired to challenge and review your performance management initiatives and create even more impact with your performance initiatives.
