How do you effectively translate your sustainability efforts into increased competitiveness and business value?

While many companies have sustainability on top of their strategic agenda and reach impactful results, only few have succeeded in conveying these values to their customers to drive growth.

Join us for this morning seminar where we, together with Kristian Hede, Group Senior Director HVAC & WATER at Grundfos, will explore how companies can address the challenges of conveying their sustainability values to their customers to achieve business impact.

A morning on sustainable growth

Often, companies initiate the acceleration of their transformation towards a more sustainable future based on external pressure from changing customer behaviour, regulations and investor demands. Initiatives span all business areas from innovation and product design to sourcing and operations. However, not many companies have succeeded in creating a link between the sustainability and commercial strategy. This results in sustainability efforts often being detached from the commercial side of the organisation and sales teams not being able to illustrate the value messages to customers and other important stakeholders.

At this 45-minute morning seminar, Kristian Hede will share how Grundfos has managed to use sustainability as a differentiator, including the challenges and barriers they have faced on the journey. We will also share some initial results from our currently ongoing research across industries on how companies today succeed in accelerating sustainable growth.

Join us to get inspired and fuel your activities going forward.
