Making hybrid work sustainable

How culture is the key to achieving a successful hybrid work environment

26 April

How do you extend your company culture beyond your office walls to achieve a successful hybrid work environment?

In the future way of working, hybrid collaboration is key. Hybrid collaboration is working across physical and virtual boundaries as well as fluid working hours. People at all levels of organisations are currently asking themselves what their future design of work should look like. How do we maintain our culture when at home?

In our work at Implement, we have seen that processes and technology have been at the forefront as a reaction to enable large-scale remote work. But many organisations have not yet succeeded with the human aspect of hybrid work. Around the world, workers are experiencing an increased feeling of being overwhelmed from work, a lower sense of belonging and uncertainty about how our ways of leading and delegating work are fit for a future of less physical presence. We believe that culture is and will be the key to making hybrid work sustainable.

Explore the impact a new approach to culture could have

Join us for a morning session where you will get to know more about how culture is a critical attribute in succeeding with hybrid collaboration.

We believe that our understanding of culture needs revision. And the past years have taught us that the way we approach cultural initiatives should change so we ensure that we extend impact beyond the four walls of our corporate buildings.

Get to know the strategic model on hybrid collaboration

During a string of events in 2022, we will dive into our model on hybrid collaboration. The model provides a holistic approach to hybrid collaboration and what it will impact. We will share the nine strategic approaches that the model contains under the umbrella of structure, process and people.

At this second event, we will focus on culture and how it plays a critical role in hybrid work settings.

If you missed the first session on the importance of communication and touchpoints in hybrid work, you can watch the recording from the first event here:

Aspired learning impact

  • Suggestions to a new way of working with culture when hybrid work has become a legitimate way of working
  • An approach where the cultural traits of your organisation will reach even the remote locations of your colleagues
  • Insights into the trends that affect how hybrid work will be a viable solution for the long haul
When using the learnings, you will be able to:
  • Apply a new mindset to your work with culture going forward
  • Present strong argumentation as to why the human aspect is critical to address when making the shift to hybrid work

  • Find a quiet area where you can sit
  • Grab a pair of headphones and check that your audio is working
