The M&A ACADEMY is an exclusive concept aimed at exceptionally bright students, currently on the third year of a bachelor’s degree programme or enrolled in a master’s degree programme in finance, strategy or engineering, who have an interest in consulting and private equity.

Over the course of two afternoons in November, you – and fellow students – will get the opportunity to discuss the strategic challenges of M&A, solve real-life cases and get insight into best practice tools. You will learn how Implement and CataCap collaborate on accelerating the value of investments during the pre-deal and post-deal phase of M&A.
