What does a good hybrid collaboration look like?

In the future way of working, hybrid collaboration is key, and it is here to stay. Our definition of hybrid collaboration is collaborating across physical and virtual boundaries as well as fluid working hours. Get to know the strategic model on hybrid collaboration

Join us for a morning session to get insights into our model on hybrid collaboration. The model provides a holistic approach to hybrid collaboration and what it will impact. During a string of events in 2022, we will share the nine strategic approaches that the model contains under the umbrella of structure, process and people.

At the first event, we will focus on communication and touchpoints.
