Engaging managers in HR technology implementations
In most HR technology projects today, the people side of change is evidently a key topic. And rightly so, as people are the main denominator for whether a change initiative – like implementing a new HR technology – will be successful.
However, we still see low adoption results when implementing new HR technology. This results in organisations not realising the benefits they sought out to achieve when kicking off their digitisation journey. Tapping into this challenge, one of the key roles is your managers. Are they on board or not? Do they see the value that the new technology will bring? And are they championing it and reinforcing the intended change you aim to achieve?
In Implement, we work with a change approach that aims to ensure that we inform, involve and build new capabilities at the right time with the right people. In that sense, change and adoption approaches are familiar and have clearly demonstrated their importance.
Join us for this morning session where you will be inspired on various tools that you can leverage to involve and engage your managers in implementing HR technology in your organisation.
We will be accompanied by Chr. Hansen, represented by Alice Larsen, CHRO, and Sandra Lange, HRIS and change manager. Alice and Sandra will share the key challenges they have faced in activating and engaging managers in their HR technology implementation journey. Furthermore, you will get their perspectives on learnings and considerations for the future.
