Customers today have increasing expectations of digital service and fast response times. This has previously led to organisations investing in service personnel, IT and online availability. Today, organisations can use chatbots to offer users immediate answers and support. Chatbots can also offer proactive assistance and recognises everyday speech – even if mistakes occur.
On 13 November, you can join a two-part seminar on chatbots.
During the first half of the seminar, we will dive into different digital interactions and see how a chatbot solution can improve the customer experience through these. You will get an idea of what is required to implement a chatbot as well as how it can be combined with other technologies. And in addition, you will have an overview of the benefits a chatbot solution can realise in your organisation as well as what it takes to successfully implement a chatbot.
During the second half of the seminar, you will get the opportunity to build your own chatbot based on the platform we have presented. Together with our partner BotXO, we will guide you through the platform so you can start developing your chatbot during the seminar and then further develop it back at your office.
We will be serving breakfast before the workshop, and it will be possible to mingle or ask additional questions after the workshop.
