Dedicated and efficient HR coordinator

We are looking for an administrative coordinator for a maternity cover to join our HR team in Copenhagen.

As our new colleague, you will be part of a strong HR team of six people supporting our 850 colleagues across Europe. As a team, we play a key role in supporting our client-facing consultants who work in both public and private sectors in five countries and in fields as diverse as business and organisational transformation, IT, strategy, supply chain optimisation and leadership development.

The job content varies, but includes:

  • Preparing and handling all types of administrative personnel documents (contracts, employee data etc.)
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including CV screening, booking of interviews and facilitating the recruitment process and candidate contact
  • Ongoing development of administrative processes – internally in HR and in collaboration with colleagues in Finance, IT and other business units

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Likes working with administrative tasks
  • Can manage systems and work functions independently
  • Is a superuser in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Might have a background as office trainee, administrative coordinator or the equivalent
  • Is fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
  • Is ambitious, structured and detail-oriented
  • Sets high standards for the quality of his/her work
  • Is willing to put in an extra effort when we are busy
  • Might have experience with tasks within human resources – especially within recruitment

In addition to the above, you have a positive energy, a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a changing environment. You will have many contacts across our organisation. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with establishing relationships with colleagues at all levels, and that you are able to navigate in an organisation with many stakeholders. Experience from the consulting industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
