Dedicated and efficient HR coordinator

In Stockholm, our office is rapidly expanding its business, currently consisting of approximately 60 consultants. This leads to a lot of exciting tasks for our in-house support functions, which is why we are looking for a competent HR coordinator to further strengthen our local support team in Stockholm.

As our new colleague, you will be part of a team of three that support our consultants. We love what we do and by nature, we are curious about the world around us, nerdy about the things that fascinate us and thrive in a fast-paced environment where energy and collaboration are cornerstones.

As a team, we play a key role in supporting our client-facing consultants who work in both public and private sectors in five countries and in fields as diverse as business and organisational transformation, IT, strategy, supply chain optimisation and leadership development.

Job content

Your focus will be recruitment, but the job content varies, including:

  • Facilitation and co-ordination of the recruitment process from A-Z, including CV screening, booking of interviews, analysing and feedback to candidates on ability test results
  • Preparing and handling all types of administrative personnel-related documents (contracts, employee data etc.)
  • Co-ordinating the onboarding of new employees together with the responsible manager
  • Being responsible for daily tasks at the front desk, e.g. meeting and tending to our customers and consultants
  • Helping to organise and ensure that customer events run smoothly and participating in marketing and sales activities
  • Helping to supply the tools and services for the consultants so they can work efficiently
  • Carrying out miscellaneous administrative tasks

You will also have the opportunity to develop and create new future-fit administrative processes internally in Stockholm and in collaboration with colleagues in HR, Finance, IT and other business units at the headquarters in Copenhagen.

We are looking for someone who

  • Preferably has an education and background in human resources – especially within labour law, recruitment and HR administration
  • Is enthusiastic about service, people and administrative tasks
  • Is ambitious, structured and detail-oriented
  • Sets high standards for the quality of his/her work
  • Can manage systems and work functions independently
  • Is a superuser in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Is willing to put in an extra effort when we are busy

In addition to the above, you have positive energy, a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a changing environment. You are an outgoing, positive and service-minded person. You will have many contacts across our organisation, which is why it is important that you are comfortable with establishing relationships with colleagues at all levels and are able to navigate in an organisation with many stakeholders.

Experience from the consulting industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. It is also an advantage if you have experience with a recruitment system, preferably “HR Manager”.

We offer

  • Excellent development opportunities among highly competent and ambitious colleagues, including training in relevant programmes
  • A high degree of flexibility and freedom with responsibility
  • Close collaboration with our support function at our HQ in Copenhagen, including HR, Finance, IT, Graphics and Language
  • A strong corporate culture characterised by energy, engagement and a strong sense of community

The Stockholm office is located at Kungsbron 2 in the city centre with a beautiful rooftop view and an ideal environment for the kind of culture that we promote.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The application deadline is as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
