We are looking for a skilled and creative expert in designing clear communication material such as PowerPoint presentations, event invitations, LinkedIn updates, client proposals, posters and videos – a person who is service-minded and thrives on working with many different tasks in a professional environment.

In Stockholm, we are a rapidly expanding business. This means a lot of new, exciting tasks for our local back office team, supporting the approximately 60 consultants at our Stockholm office. Therefore, we are looking for an outgoing and creative person to strengthen the Stockholm back office team and help us take full advantage of the flexibility of our new brand identity.

You will get to support our commercial processes and graphically develop client proposals and other presentations including bid management. The role also includes other daily administrative tasks as we constantly aim to provide the best service for our consultants.

The job itself

The job content varies, but includes:
  • Layout of presentation material in PowerPoint and Word for presentations and posters
  • Helping to supply tools and services for consultants so that they can work efficiently
  • Taking the initiative and having a proactive approach to administration and support
  • Supporting bid development
  • Supporting proposal writing
  • Carrying out miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Helping to prepare and ensure client event material for marketing and sales activities

If you are that special someone, then you are

  • Service-minded and understand the needs of others before they realise it themselves
  • Excellent in written communication and fluent in Swedish and English
  • Proficient in using IT tools and highly skilled in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experienced in bid management from a professional services firm (an advantage but not a requirement)
  • Experienced in working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) (an advantage but not a requirement)
