Design and deliver a new flagship consumer headset – which would also provide the most comfortable user experience ever – in a vastly reduced time-to-market.

Background

Jabra is a global electronics brand that engineers and manufactures wireless headsets, headphones and speakers for consumers and enterprise. The organisation’s leadership wanted to encourage greater cross-functional collaboration both to improve product performance and reduce lead times.

Realised impact

By enabling R&D, product design and marketing functions to collaborate more productively, the aim of launching Jabra’s new headset at the worldwide trade conference CeBIT within a very tight timeframe was realised.

With new products now reaching the market faster and with intended impact, the organisation is re-educating its project owners and project managers in the Half Double methodology.
