Into the managerial side of financial analysis?

Student assistants within finance, risk and procurement

We are currently looking for bright students to conduct analyses and support work within strategic sourcing, procurement and/or negotiations.

At Implement Consulting Group, we wish to make a difference in the consulting industry, because we believe that the ability to create Change with Impact is a precondition for success. We are currently expanding our practice to fulfil our commitments to our customers and wish to bring in talented student assistants who want a career within management consulting.

Job content – Change with Impact

You are passionate about economic or financial analysis from a managerial approach. Typical assignments include gathering and analysing data, presentation of insights on the basis of various financial data, procurement spend analysis or support to a CAPEX investment decision.

The specific job content will vary and can be specified according to the right candidate’s specific skills and passions.

You will also be part of spotting new trends within our specialities and presenting them to your colleagues. You are expected to be part of customer projects, where your work and analyses will form an important basis for decisions. Thus, it is crucial that you are capable of performing data-based analyses, putting these into a strategic and process-related perspective and presenting them in an easily understood manner. It is an advantage if you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and that you have a structured approach.

The workload will be approx. 2-3 days a week (approx. 20 hours). However, we also understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times, when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

We are looking for people who

  • Are taking a degree in finance, e.g. MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law, Logistics and Supply Chain or MSc/MA econ.
  • Are in the final year of the bachelor’s degree or first year of the master’s degree
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have excellent communication skills, written and oral, in Danish and as a minimum in English

We expect that you have high energy and can solve administrative and practical tasks, you are flexible and act naturally as a team player. It is important that you can work independently under changing conditions. We are looking for someone who can challenge us and who also wants to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will be involved in client projects and cooperate closely with experienced consultants who can contribute to taking your strategic and process-related understanding to the next level. We attach great importance to personal and professional development, and you will of course always receive sparring in projects. You will also participate in our internal training programme. If you perform well in your time as a student assistant and would like to continue the journey, there will be a possibility of permanent employment as a junior consultant after having completed your studies.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The application deadline is as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
