Join a three-part virtual series to work with trends and concrete tools for dealing with uncertainty while future-proofing your organisation – making it fit for humans and fit for the future.

2020 has already shown us the meaning of the abbreviation “VUCA” and it’s now, more than ever, that our organisations need to sense-and-respond quickly.

In these times, we’re going to need to find a way to reinvent our organisations through the tough times and there is work to do - a recent poll indicated on that only 17% would agree that their organisation is truly agile and adaptable. In the same poll, 87% agreed that they are holding back at work and have more to give – we think that tapping into that incredible human potential might be the key to this challenge.

Maybe you are inspired by Frederic Laloux’s “Reinventing Organizations”, Gary Hamel’s “Management Innovation” or Simon Sinek’s “Infinite Games”. But no matter what, all current dialogue about organisational development points in one direction: we are on the brink of a new paradigm of work. A new paradigm that enables us to solve the most worthwhile societal challenges in a more human way.

Join us for this virtual series to explore how to become self-transforming in the 2020s. You will gain concrete tools to work with while in the depths of uncertainty and get the chance to engage in a virtual dialogue with an enlightened community around this topic.

Virtual session #1: Reinvent management

Date: 18:00-19:30 CEST on Tuesday 31 March 2020

We need to make our organisations more fit for humans and fit for the future. This requires us to move past our bureaucratic ways and reconsider the culture, structure and processes within our organisations.

We will present tools to support your journey including our “emerging guiding principles”, Theory U process and our facilitative “management model canvas”.

Virtual session #2: Leading in Uncertainty

Date: 18:00-19:30 CEST on Wednesday 15 April 2020

In the process of reinventing management, people within organisations will be required to change, too. It will take self-awareness, situational awareness and courage to lead an organisation through a transformation to become fit for humans.

We will share concrete tools for behavioural change and ask you to commit to trying one small experiment after joining the call.

Virtual session #3: Changing the way we change

Date: 18:00-19:30 CEST on Tuesday 28 April

When it comes to the types of complex, adaptive challenges that our organisations are faced by, an exclusively top-down approach to problem-solving just isn’t going to cut it anymore.

This virtual session will be focused on how you can tap into the power of change as a social movement and how you can navigate between different modes of problem-solving.

What do we bring to the table

  • Over the past few years, Implement has been working with thought leaders, researching the Vanguards and building methodology within the topic of self-transforming (evolutionary, teal) organisations.
  • We have been advising and facilitating this process for companies and gaining the learnings that come with this experimentation.
  • Speaking of self-transforming organisations, we are one, so when it comes to this topic, we test new practices on ourselves first.
