Agile organisations for real
In a world where change is a constant, more and more organisations recognise the power of agility, as it impacts the way we strategise, organise and change.
We believe that developing agile organisations for real calls for more than organisational refinements, procedural adjustments or the addition of a few tools. Instead, leaders of the future must revisit the fundamental assumptions and embedded beliefs that organisations are built on to reignite and reconnect with the inherent entrepreneurial DNA.
On 12 April 2019, we will run a series of international events around the question; "How can we build agile organisations for real?" We have invited Eric Ries, entrepreneur and author of the bestseller “The Lean Startup” to present his thoughts on the topic.
In Stockholm, we have designed a morning event to explore how you, as a leading executive in Sweden, can make your organisation truly agile. You will experience a combination of external inspiration as well as personal involvement and can expect the following:
Among peers and experts, you will then discuss challenges, best practices and implications of real agile organisations.
