First seminar: How to eliminate process inefficiencies with process orchestration and execution

We are excited to host the first of three seminars and are looking forward to sharing our key lessons learnt from working hands-on with intelligent automation across the Nordics.

At the first seminar, we will focus on the orchestration and execution layer of the platform, including the underlying technologies that enable effective orchestration and execution of end-to-end processes.

Drawing on the example of workflow engines, you will get the chance to investigate how to orchestrate processes across departmental barriers, execute processes with handovers between roles and teams and make process compliance easy.

You will be presented with a pilot approach to how to implement process orchestration and execution and make change easy – all to ensure focus on creating real business impact from day one. You will also be inspired by a real-life case from the market and learn simple steps to help you get started on your own intelligent automation platform initiative.

Three seminars unfolding enablers of successful digital transformation

We are hosting a series of three seminars addressing business challenges through an intelligent automation platform approach to digital process transformation.

Each seminar in the series covers one of the three modules in our intelligent automation platform: Process orchestration and execution, services and automation and control and insights.

Our platform consists of three modules, best explained by using the car analogy:

The dashboard (control and insights): Here you control the workflow, gain insights and make improvements. You get live process performance and process KPIs that enable you to do live case management and provide you with actionable business insights.

The steering wheel (process orchestration and execution): Here you run the processes where tasks, humans and machines are orchestrated in a way which enables you to achieve a flexible and resilient operating model. You map the processes digitally and delegate the individual process tasks between roles, humans and machines.

The engine (services and automation): Here we add additional horsepower to the intelligent automation platform. Through APIs and connectors, it is possible to utilise RPA, AI and machine learning in workflows in a manner which drives efficiency and scalability.

The intelligent automation platform addresses the shortcomings of current digital practices by moving beyond individual technological enablers towards integrating these in addressing business objectives.
