Understanding the person in front of us

We partner with world-leading assessment and development providers to enable us to support our client’s ambitions of attracting, assessing and developing talented professionals. All this is targeted to deliver our client’s requirement of developing professionals and future leaders.

Our interventions are designed to understand what makes people unique and the distinctive strengths that they possess. We work hard to truly understand what drives and motivates people, their core values and the sense of purpose that gives meaning to their work life as well as their personal ambitions.

We believe that people are driven by certain experience and values that drive their approach to life and guide their behaviour. We believe in change and a deep understanding of what attitudes and traits inspire people. Given the psychology of the individual and their experience, we strive to understand their strengths in leadership and the environments and contexts in which they excel.

Our assessment toolbox

Hogan personality inventory

Hogan personality inventories are delivered online for individuals in order to measure their leadership abilities. The assessments ask individuals questions and measure them on leadership dimensions, providing insights into their strengths and weaknesses.

Whole Brain (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument)

Allowing team profiling and team building through a simple personality categorisation.

cut-e aptitude test

The aptitude tests by cut-e are developed to be administered online for recruitment and selection processes.

In-house tailor-made surveys and 360° assessments

Tailor-made solutions by our own in-house analysis department. Delivered online or in person, these assessments determine the leadership behaviours of the employees in their current role. They gather feedback from several different observers and stakeholders, including an employee’s direct reports, peers and superiors.

Market-based and behavioural leadership interviews

The interviews are facilitated face to face or by video and determine employee experience compared to the role requirements for the company. They are behavioural leadership interviews that measure an individual’s leadership behaviours, drivers and experience compared to those required by the role.

Business simulations

Business simulations are delivered to candidates in person. The candidates are presented with different scenarios, and we gather observable data based on their responses and critical behaviours in those situations.

Our ethical guidelines

At Implement we take our responsibility as trusted advisers very seriously. We follow a strict code of ethics and professionality in our assessment approach. We closely follow the ethical guidelines prescribed by Dansk Psykolog Forening (DP), the APA, BPS and the ethical principles of Nordic psychologists.

Confidentiality

Clients are entitled to expect that the information they give to consultants about themselves and others will remain confidential. Confidentiality is a prerequisite for the assessment process and the cornerstone of Implement’s professional standards. We pride ourselves on our outstanding record of professional integrity. We do not sell, trade or rent personal information to others. Information will be stored in our secure server and will be used only by expert Implement consultants in accordance with DPF guidelines regarding the retention of records.

Consent

The concept of valid consent relates to the client’s right to choose whether to receive an assessment and to make this choice on the basis of the best information available. Our consultants comply with the ethical principles of informed consent by DPF guidelines, and consent can always be withdrawn.

Ethical practice

The ethical principles are a clarification of the general ethics that apply to all consultants and are designed in such a way that they promote reflection on ethical dilemmas.

Psychometric profiling

We do not include raw data from psychometric assessment in the shared part of records, as this would mean allowing detailed information on the content and nature of tests to be released to untrained practitioners who may not have the expertise to be able to interpret the information they contain.

The results of psychometric assessment are incorporated into reports, which explain their context and appropriate interpretation.
