People are our most valuable asset

We invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people to make them stay ahead of their game and deliver the best consultancy services to our clients.

To support the experience and competences that you will get in the co-creation with clients and colleagues, we have developed a training academy to support the collaborative consultant – we call it our Change Impact Academy.

The Academy consists of three learning paths: The introduction to Implement (onboarding), The collaborative consultant and The change impact expert.

The three learning paths are designed to meet personal development needs and are conditioned on individual experience levels. This enables the consultant to develop skills that match the requirements at various consultant levels.

We are, however, also strong believers of the impact of knowledge sharing and co-creation across Implement. That is why we all gather twice a year for three consecutive days at our Strategy Trip (winter/spring) and University (early August) and one full day on the second Friday of every month.
