IT Service Management

Generating business impact with IT

We help you redefine the role of IT. Converting tasks into functions that deliver real business impact, IT becomes a key player in business development.

IT Service Management

IT departments are under increasing pressure to standardise and optimise IT processes in order to ensure stable and controlled operations. At the same time, IT teams have ambitions of their own. They want to develop a closer dialogue with customers to generate higher customer satisfaction. And they want to teach the organisation how to use IT more efficiently.

Our services include:

  • Consultancy: Implement Consulting Group provides specialised and experience-based advice, no matter how large or complex your IT issue is
  • Process implementation: We want to generate the greatest possible impact. By using iterative process development and developing IT skills, we enable the organisation to handle processes and changes themselves
  • System implementation: We help design requirements specifications, manage private and public tenders, select the right supplier and systems, implement solutions and train your staff in new IT systems
  • Training: We offer relevant training within IT Service Management (ITIL®), governance (COBIT®), process optimisation (Lean IT, Lean Sigma, Six Sigma), project management (PRINCE2®, PM1-PM4) etc. The training is offered as certifying and non-certifying training as well as public courses and non-public, company-specific courses
  • Tools: To solve ITSM issues, we draw on a variety of tried and tested tools, e.g. simulations, games, process tools and, of course, our own tools developed for ITSM issues

IT process maps

Implement is the Scandinavian partner of IT Process Maps. IT Process Maps is an excellent tool, which provides a complete reference process model that can serve as a guideline and starting point for ITIL® and ISO 20000 initiatives.

FIH Erhvervsbank
Fast ITSM implementation and efficient process work
In only five months, FIH has succeeded in introducing an ITSM system which can support the parallel process work, so that the effects of the process improvements can be made visible in the supporting system immediately. The fast introduction of an ITSM system has made measurement and follow-up possible and, thus, allowed for the making of fact-based decisions during the process and optimisation work.
