LEAD Forum

Leadership that makes a difference

We believe that you share our passion for leadership development. We also believe that you are constantly looking for ideas and input that will help develop the desired organisational culture and improve growth. And we know that your knowledge and experience is valuable to others.

As many of our clients, you probably get inspired by discussing challenges with others involved in leadership development issues. Therefore, we are pleased to invite you to participate in our 3 – 4 morning meetings each year.

LEAD Forum is a network of HR directors and people responsible for leadership development.

At these meetings, we will spend time for boosting the impact of leadership development and other HR initiatives in organisations:

  • What are possible solutions to common challenges?
  • What are the latest world-class tools and methods?
  • What are the best-practice examples that might inspire you?
  • What can you learn from other organisations’ failures and successes?
  • How to strengthen organisational efficiency and enhance HR’s strategic impact?

We have established LEAD Forum because our clients have expressed an interest in meeting other people with the same challenges. Participation is nonbinding and free of charge.

Participation

Participation Participation in the network is non-binding and free of charge. Approximately one month in advance, a separate invitation will be sent out for each event, and members are free to choose whether they would like to participate in the individual event.

  • Risk leadership – how they do it in FC Barcelona

In some respects, risk leadership in many companies resembles former Norwegian national coach Egil “Drillo” Olsen’s approach to football: controlled and defensive. Most of the time, the strategy resulted in the team steering slowly but surely towards a half-hearted draw.
