We are a bunch of curious nerds working in a vast range of industries, sectors, and disciplines. What unites us is a shared belief in the power of collaborative problem-solving.

What we do, we call collaborative consulting

Implement Consulting Group is a global firm with deep Scandinavian roots. Our annual growth rate above 20% for 25 consecutive years flows from our energetic and agile tribe that collaborates closely with clients to accomplish their most important transformation projects.


While the cultural heart of our company beats strongly from our headquarters in Copenhagen, we have teams across 11 offices in 6 countries, including our first North American office in Raleigh, North Carolina.


We count this foray into the American market among our most exciting initiatives, bringing us even closer to our rapidly growing number of U.S. clients.

When we founded Implement, our dream was to help people and organizations succeed with their most important change initiatives. It was a simple dream to constantly move clients forward with a laser focus on impact. To turn ambitions into reality. This is where we come from, and it will always be in our DNA.


Today, after more than 25 years, we still aspire to be catalysts for transformation and to make organizations more fit for humans and fit for the future. Empowering both individuals and teams to achieve more calls for an uncompromising combination of deep functional and transformational expertise.

Implement’s work with global companies has for years led to an ever-increasing number of projects in North America. As we solidify our reputation as the world’s transformation partner of choice, we are better positioned to serve both new and existing clients in the Americas from our office in Raleigh, NC.

Home to multiple outstanding universities and the world-famous Research Triangle Park, the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina is among the fastest-growing metros in the U.S. More importantly, the Triangle area offers a wonderful quality of life for our consultants and their families, routinely listed as one of the best places to live in the U.S.

After our first 25 years, Implement is – we are proud to say – quite well known in Denmark and the Nordics. We are also increasingly recognized around Europe with an office in Zurich and now three in Germany. In the U.S., however, we are a new player with a new name and a new way of delivering impact for American clients.

We are actively looking for outstanding, experienced consultants to join us as we build something truly remarkable in the U.S. While a sharp mind, excellent people skills, and a passion for collaborative problem-solving are expected of every Implementer, in Raleigh specifically, we need colleagues energized by the opportunities and challenges that come hand in hand from launching a “new” brand in the largest professional services market in the world.
