PANDORA Solution Day 2017

Help us create a simple solution for PANDORA A/S on 23 March 2017.

SOLUTION DAY is a concept aimed at students enrolled in a master’s degree programme. The focus will be on supply chain management and operations management, and the participants will get the opportunity to apply theory to a practical case. The day will kick off with a theoretical presentation by Implement Consulting Group followed by an introduction to the case problem at hand from Pandora A/S.

The concept

  • You will attend a workshop together with co-students and explore a global marketleading company from the inside
  • You will learn essential tools and skills within a specific area of supply chain management
  • You will support Implement Consulting Group in delivering new and innovative solutions for a specific real-life problem
  • Finally, you will present your work and ideas to managers from the case company and Implement Consulting Group

Theme of the day

  • Pandora A/S is experiencing extensive growth and capturing new consumer trends, securing a correct forecast and incorporating these into the supply chain planning is key to the supply chain performance
  • As such, the theme of the day will focus on areas such as; Sales forecasting and differentiated supply chain planning
