How CRM and digitalisation of customer interactions can boost your growth

Digital innovation creates new ways to communicate with our customers, and successful CRM stems from leveraging possibilities in every touchpoint in the customer journey. However, many businesses have learnt the hard way that it takes more than technology and a software implementation partner to succeed with CRM – and surveys show that less than 50% of CRM implementations deliver the expected results. Still, a CRM platform represents a golden opportunity to boost the effectiveness of commercial activities, strengthen customer relations and enable profitable growth.

Realising the benefits of a CRM platform, and thereby digitalisation of the sales and marketing approach, goes way beyond technology, as it is fundamentally a change in the way we interact with customers and colleagues. In other words, digitalisation is a significant transformation which is challenged by old habits.

We have designed a half day where you will get inspired by experts and get inspiration from companies who will share their experience of how they have realised the benefits of a CRM platform. Furthermore, Implement will share their perspectives on what it requires to transform the organisation and capture the potential benefits.
