University of Oxford and Implement Consulting Group are conducting a joint research study on change management in IT projects. The objective of the research is to substantiate and qualify some of the many claims and opinions about what works and what does not work in relation to the organisational implementation of IT projects. We are collecting data from more than 200 IT projects internationally to ensure a thorough data-based perspective adding to the many discussions of experience and cases.

The results so far indicate that the distance between the project and the end user community is quite large, while at the same time the level of active involvement of the top management is very low. This creates a reality, where the project is caught in the middle. How can we best navigate through this?

Join our seminar to discuss this and other preliminary results and implications for what we should be doing with our IT projects.

We look forward to seeing you!
