We are expanding our operations strategy team and wish to bring in strong candidates to assist our clients with strategic and global problems within operations and supply chain management.
As a management consultant within operations strategy, you will get the chance to work in the front line on strategic projects within the sphere of supply chain.
We experience a highly increased intake of exciting projects and, therefore, we are looking for competent colleagues with profound analytics competences and a desire to create real impact for our clients in strong collaboration with a team of inspiring colleagues.
Job content – Change with Impact
The job content will be specified according to the right candidate, but you should be passionate about: operations strategy, supply chain management, process mapping and optimisation, inventory management, customer-centric supply chain services, Excel and VBA programming.
Your tasks will involve projects for external clients together with a team of experienced consultants where you will play a key role in analysing the current situation and designing solutions for the future as well as implementing these solutions.
Typical assignments include: analytical assessments, process mapping, facilitation of workshops, developing and evaluating scenarios, strategising supply chain set-ups, scoping implementation and supporting implementation in association with both colleague and client teams.
We are looking for people who
Hold at least one master’s degree with top-of-class achievements
Have outstanding analytical skills
Are fluent in spoken and written English
Are passionate about operations strategy
Want to become part of the management consulting industry
Have experience in solving problems as a team and excel in that role
We expect that you have a liking for solving complex tasks and seize the opportunity to challenge both colleagues and clients on solutions. You should be flexible and co-operative, and you can work independently under changing conditions. You are empathic and fond of working with and around ambitious people.
It would be a strong advantage, if you are familiar with PowerPoint and Excel and are capable of structuring presentations according to the audience.
