Job content – Change with Impact
The job content varies, but includes:
Helping to supply the tools and services for the consultants so that they can work efficiently
Taking initiative and having a proactive approach to administration and culture
Being responsible for the daily tasks at the front desk, e.g. meetings and tending to our customers and consultants
Responsible for making sure that our meeting rooms are presentable as well as the general appearance of the entire office space, such as organising and making sure that everything is in place
Ordering lunch/flowers etc. and making sure that nothing is missing
Carrying out miscellaneous administrative tasks
Helping organise and ensure that customer events run smoothly and participating in marketing and sales activities
We are looking for people who
Is outgoing, positive and extrovert and driven by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge
Is service-minded and see the needs of others before they realise it themselves
Is proficient in using IT tools and highly skilled in using the MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience with the Maconomy system is an advantage
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00-15:00, but can sometimes be extended due to arranging customer events and meeting the needs of consultants and management.
