Is process transformation your career dream after ended studies? Call us!

Business analyst within process transformation

We are rapidly growing our process transformation team and wish to bring in talented students. The business analyst programme is the primary recruitment pipeline and prepares you for becoming a full-time consultant.

We are looking for ambitious students with a profound analytical mindset and a special interest in working with different aspects of process transformation

Job content

The job content will be specified according to the right candidate, but you must be passionate about one or more of the following areas:

  • Operations management
  • Process mapping
  • Lean manufacturing
  • Lean administration
  • Performance management
  • Change management

There will be a variety of tasks depending on current clients and internal projects. You will be given a high level of autonomy and must be prepared to work with clients in co-operation with more experienced consultants.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Conducting analyses – you will be part of projects where your work will form an important basis for decisions
  • Delivering and communicating findings in a clear and structured way
  • Preparing and executing workshops with colleagues and clients
  • Managing certain parts of a project

The workload will be approximately 20-25 hours per week. However, we also understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

We are looking for people who

  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Preferably have more than 1.5 years left of their studies
  • Can be part of a team and are prepared to take on responsibility in direct client engagement
  • Are curious about pursuing a career in management consulting
  • Are down-to-earth and appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy

You must possess the ability to frame issues and break them down, conduct analyses, design and validate solutions and communicate findings in a structured manner. As a lot of this work will take place in Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency and experience in these tools is of huge importance.

As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. Furthermore, you thrive in acting autonomously and have an independent point of view. We are looking for ambitious students with an edge who are able to challenge us, but who also want to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will be involved in client projects and co-operate closely with experienced consultants who can contribute to taking your strategic and process-related understanding to the next level. We attach great importance to personal and professional development, and you will of course always receive sparring in projects. You will also participate in our internal training programme. If you perform well in your time as a business analyst and would like to continue the journey, there will be a possibility of permanent employment as a junior consultant after you have completed your studies.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

Save the date! 7 June 2018

The evaluation of applicants will take place during an assessment day, including case solving and a group presentation. If your application is accepted, we expect you to be able to attend on 7 June. We will let you know if your application is accepted no later than 4 June.

We look forward to hearing from you!
