You like to nerd out on strategic innovation and execution. Get in touch!

Business analyst trainee in strategic innovation and execution

At Implement Consulting Group, we wish to make a difference in the consulting industry because we believe that the ability to create change with impact is a precondition for success in an increasingly global and turbulent world. We believe that consultants in the future must master both traditional strategic analyses and change processes as well as possess deep subject matter expertise and extensive knowledge about and experience with what makes change happen.

We are looking for an ambitious student with strong analytical skills and a passion for creating change to start as soon as possible in our strategic innovation and execution team.

Job content – Change with Impact

As part of the team, you will work with strategy, portfolio management, project management and innovation processes in the private sector with particular focus on large knowledge organisations.

There will be a variety of tasks depending on current clients and internal projects. There is an expectation that at least half of the work must be done for external clients in co-operation with colleagues. Your responsibilities could include research, analyses, contributing to deliverables or planning and facilitating workshops and events.

The workload will be approx. 20 hours per week. However, we also understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

We are looking for people who

  • Are studying the last part of their BSc or have just started on their MSc (e.g. at CBS or DTU) and are among the best in their class
  • Have experience with working in teams and are focused on creating results. Relevant work experience or other experience within strategy, innovation, analysis, project management and portfolio management is an advantage
  • Are capable of performing data-based analyses, putting these into a strategic as well as operational context and presenting them in an easily understood manner
  • Work in a structured manner, have an eye for detail and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English.

You must be a team player and be able to work independently, and you must be analytical, but also empathic. We are looking for someone who can challenge us and who also wants to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

We offer a job where you will be involved in client projects and co-operate closely with experienced consultants who can contribute to taking your strategic and process-related understanding to the next level. We attach great importance to personal and professional development, and you will of course always receive sparring in projects. You will also participate in our internal training programme. If you perform well in your time as a business analyst and would like to continue the journey, there will be a possibility of permanent employment as a junior consultant after having completed your studies.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The application deadline is as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
